Policy Summary: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2 Receive Your RMA & Instructions
Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
3 Package Your Item Securely
Repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. For protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5 Inspection & Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Deductions: The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Body Massagers & Devices FINAL SALE – For clear hygiene reasons, all personal care products are final sale.
  • Helmets & Protective Gear (for cycling, boxing, etc.) – Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in sealed original packaging. Once worn or its integrity potentially compromised, it cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Customized or Used Equipment – Any product specifically assembled, customized, or used in a way that affects its resalable condition.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items – These will be explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

International Returns (Outside the US)

As a global brand, we accept international returns. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and must comply with all customs regulations. We recommend declaring the package as a “Returned Good” with minimal value to avoid additional duties.
