2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

    Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Package Your Item Securely:
    Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. For your protection and ours, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Ship to Our Facility:
    Send your package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  5. Inspection & Processing:

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
  • Deductions: The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will handle the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.

5. Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

As a global brand serving customers worldwide (excluding specific remote regions in Asia), we accept international returns.
