Order Processing & What to Expect

• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
• Processing (1-2 Days): Our team meticulously picks, packs, and prepares your gear for its journey. This includes quality checks to ensure everything from your knee brace to your binoculars meets our standards.
• Shipment Notification: Once your order leaves our facility in Omaha, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package’s journey in real-time.
• Customs & Import: For international orders, please note that customs declarations are handled by the carrier. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
